A TIME FOR SELF-REFLECTION

Executives are busy, and generally do not have and/or take enough time for reflection, self-enquiry, work on mastering and improving self. My executive coaching journeys create the safe and sacred space that executives need to look inside themselves, to zoom out and to look at the whole forest rather than staying in the middle of the trees of their frantic daily lives, to be vulnerable when needed and to think aloud with a trusted and neutral partner.

 

 

EXECUTIVE COACHING JOURNEYS

My executive journeys always start off through a comprehensive 360 assessment, to initiate the coaching relationship with eyes wide open and with all the information leaders need to be intentional about the change they want to see in them, first, and create in others, through their improved leadership.

Our executive coaching journeys last at least 6 months and can go for as long as the leader desires. I coach executives and mission-driven organizations to reach desired outcomes such as :
