Born in Panama to a French father and an Ecuadorian mother, I’ve lived and worked in France, the UK, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, and the United States. For over 15 years I’ve been working closely with high-level leaders in world-renowned organizations, multinationals and promising start-ups in various industries.
Currently based in Luxembourg, I offer all services in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese and support clients all around the globe, in person and virtually.

I offer extremely comprehensive 360 assessments to leaders who care about the impact they have on others and who want to close the gap between their intent and their real impact. The higher they go, the harder it gets for executives to get genuine and constructive feedback from those around them.
Through such comprehensive 360 assessments, leaders can decide what are the behaviors and/or specific competencies they believe they need to work on to continue moving in the direction of their desired future.

I work with intact teams at the senior and executive levels through either group coaching, facilitation, or training, depending on what each team needs.
